Instructions
- Sign in to your site
- Navigate to Code Enforcement, expand Violations, and select Add Parcel Violation
- On the pop-up screen, Search Parcels
- Select the parcel and click Add Violation
- Fill out the Violation details
- Violation Type: Choose the type of record and applicable sub-category that best describes the violation
- Violation Status: This field controls the process of the record
- Assigned Inspector: Select an inspector from the list to assign to this record. This does not always have to be the same inspector assigned to an inspection record within the inspection tab of the complaint. The inspector assigned will be notified via email and on their dashboard. This field also controls the name and title that prints on many of the forms, letters, and placards that print related to the record.
- Certified Mail Package/Receipt Number: Add the package/receipt number, if applicable
- Officer Safety Issue: Note whether or not there is a safety issue for any officers
- Violation Notes: Add notes for the violation record
- Violation Date/Time: Enter the date and time of the violation
- To Be Resolved by Date: Set a date for when the violation will need to be resolved
- Add Occupant or Owner Information for the violation
- If needed, add General/Primary Contractor details
- Click Save Violation
- Fill out additional tabs, as needed:

Codes: Search for and add codes to the record

Inspections: Create and manage inspections for the violation

Tickets: Add court tickets to the violation

Actions: Define what actions need to be taken for the violation

Fees: Add fees and invoices

Documents: Upload documents and images related to the violation

Status: View the status of the complaint
- Additional Fields: This tab would show any custom fields for reference

Codes: Search for and add codes to the record
- Click Save Violation to save any changes
- To print a record of the violation, click Print Menu and configure print options
