The Contacts tab manages every person/business associated with the record. Contractors and the applicant are also added to this tab for reference. Staff can add as many contacts as required. There is a default set of contact types that staff can customize.
The Contacts tab is also used to identify billing agents and the primary and secondary billing person or agency responsible for all invoices related to the record. There can only be one contact assigned as the primary billing type per record. The system will create a customer account in the invoicing system for this contact. If the contact already exists, the system will add the invoice to the existing customer's account. Each account is uniquely identified by the contact name, phone, and email address.
