Set Up Occupancy Tables

Occupancy tables can be used to calculate the project cost inside a permit using ICC’s (International Code Council) occupancy and construction classes. You can also alternatively add your own occupancy tables. Once added, you can use occupancy tables to calculate project values.

 

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site
  2. Navigate to Admin Tools and select Database Management
    Admin Tools menu with Database management selected.
  3. Select Utility Modules
    Utility Modules.
  4. Select Occupancy Fee Tables in the right panel
    Occupancy Fee Tables.
  5. Click the Add Table button
    Add Table.
  6. Name your table and add any Multipliers, if necessary
    Table Name and Multiplier.
  7. For each combination of the occupancy class and construction class, you can add the rate
    Table Cells.
  8. Select Create
    Create table.
