Licenses can all expire on the same day or on different days based on type and use.

Configure License to All Expire On the Same Day
- Sign in to your site
- Navigate to Admin Tools and select Organizational Settings
- Select Licensing Settings
- Make sure the Automated License field is checked
- Select Yes under the Do all licenses expire on the same date? option
- Enter a date for the Renewal Cycle Override
Note: Although the year appears in the “Renewal Cycle Override” box, only the month and day are used. If a new license is created, it will use the first year in the future. For example, if all licenses expire on December 31 and a new license is created on December 1, 2024, then the expiration date will be December 31, 2024. However, if a new license is created on January 1, 2025, the first year will be 2025 with an expiration date of December 31, 2025. - Click Save Settings
Configure License to All Expire On Different Cycles
- Sign in to your site
- Navigate to Admin Tools and select Organizational Settings
- Select Licensing Settings
- Make sure the Automated License field is checked
- Select No for Do all licenses expire on the same date?
- Select Yes for Do licenses expire based on license type and use?
Note: If you answer No here, then you will need to manually enter expiration dates for every license. - Click Manage Cycles
- On the Manage Cycle Screen, you can set the Renewal Cycle for all types, leave blank if you want the cycle set at the use level
- Click Business Sub-Types to set the renewal cycle at the Use level
