Search Property Records for Fees

All fees are available for viewing within each property record the application is associated with.

 

Instructions

  1. Sign in to your site
  2. Navigate to Asset Management, select Property Management, and then Search from the menu
    Search selected in the left navigation menu.
  3. Select the Owner Information section
    Owner Information tab.
  4. Search for the property location using any of the available fields
    Owner Information search fields.
    Note: Most common are the tax parcel ID, owner name, or address fields.
  5. Scroll down and select the Tax Parcel number to open the record
    Tax Parcel number link.
  6. Scroll down and expand the section that says Click here to display records at this location
    Click here to display records at this location tab.
  7. Select the Fees tab
    Fees tab.
  8. Choose to view the fees that are associated with records at the Parcel (land) Level or view All Fees For the Parcel
    Parcel Level Fees Only or All Fess for the Parcel options.
  9. The system displays a filtered general ledger list of the fees
    Fees table.
