Container Admins can configure the Complaint Types and Sub-Types available for the application. This list will populate in applicable drop-downs throughout the modules. You can choose which types you would like to display on the Citizen Portal.

Manage Complaint Types
- Sign in to your site
- Navigate to Admin Tools and select Database Management
- Select Complaints Module
- To create a new complaint type, scroll down to the Add New Entries To List section and fill out the complaint type name in the blank box
- Or, you can edit the name of an existing type under the Current List section
- Choose Show On Portal or Hide in Portal from the drop-down, this will determine the visibility of the complaint type in the Citizen Portal
- Scroll down and click Save List
Manage Complaint Sub-Types
- Sign in to your site
- Navigate to Admin Tools and select Database Management
- Select Complaints Module
- Click the Complaint SubType Relation button in the right panel
- Select the Request Type you would like to manage sub-types for
- To edit an existing sub-type, you can change the Value (name) and choose to Show/Hide on the Portal
- To create a new sub-type, scroll down to the New Values to Associate section and add a name to the blank Value field
- Click Save
