This article walks through how to create and manage recurring license inspections. Recurring inspections are scheduled to recur on a cycle from the last inspection date.

Add a Recurring Inspection
- Sign in to your site
- Navigate to Licensing System, expand Recurring Inspections, and select Add Record
- Select the Inspection Type from the drop-down
- Choose a Business Name from the list to tie the inspection to
- If applicable, select Parcel Number to tie the inspection to an existing parcel record
- On the pop-up screen, Search for the Parcel
- Select the Building Location Id of the parcel you wish to add
- The inspection will populate with the parcel information
- On the pop-up screen, Search for the Parcel
- Select an Inspection Cycle timeframe from the drop-down, this will set how often the inspection recurs
- Set the Start / End Date for the recurrence
Note: Check Never Expires if no end date is needed. - Click Create
Manage Pending Recurring Inspections
- Sign in to your site
- Navigate to Licensing System, expand Recurring Inspections, and select Pending Inspections
- View a list of pending recurring inspections
- Select an Inspection Number to view/edit the license associated with the inspection
- Select a pending inspection and either assign an inspector from the drop-down or click Select Inspector to use the calendar feature
- Check Schedule a Time to set the days/times of the inspection
- Click Update to save changes
