The My Account screen under Admin Tools allows you to update your profile, password, and email preferences.
Instructions
Sign in to your site
Navigate to Admin Tools and select My Account
Update your profile information, as needed
Under Email Preference, check/un-check options for system notifications
Click Save Profile
