This article shows how users can request or cancel an inspection using the Citizen Portal.
Instructions
- Log in to the portal and select Inspections
- Enter the Permit Number
Note: Use the prefix A if you only have the application number. For example, if the application number is 22-0001 use A22-0001. - The permit information will display, select the Next button
- View Upcoming and Completed inspections for the permit
- To modify an upcoming inspection, select the Reschedule or Cancel links
- To schedule a new inspection, select Schedule a New Inspection
- Select the Inspection Type and up to three dates for the inspection to occur
- Once Step 3 is complete, click Submit to process your inspection request
- Navigate back to My Dashboard and click on the My Inspections option to review the status of the complaint
