This article walks through how to make a payment without an invoice using the Licensing System.
Instructions
- Navigate to Licensing System > Apply Payment without Invoice
- Enter the Application or License # and click Search
- If the record has Unpaid Fees, then those will display. You can also Add, Edit, or Update Fees with the appropriate buttons at the bottom of the section.
- If the item searched for has any Unpaid Invoices, then those will display
- The Create Invoice and Apply Payment section allows you to create a new invoice, with contact/notification information for the new invoice
- Finish by clicking on the Create Invoice & Apply Payment button
