Apply Payment Without an Invoice

This article walks through how to make a payment without an invoice using the Licensing System.
Instructions
Sign in to your site
Navigate to Licensing System and select Apply Payment without Invoice
Enter the ApplicationorLicense # and click Search
If the record has Unpaid Fees, then those will display. You can also Add, Edit, or Update Fees with the appropriate buttons at the bottom of the section.
If the item searched for has any Unpaid Invoices, then those will display
The Create Invoice and Apply Payment section allows you to create a new invoice, with contact/notification information for the new invoice
Finish by clicking on the Create Invoice & Apply Payment button
